Despite all the negative reviews of this restaurant, I decided to check it out myself. I have a particular personality where I feel that I must go there myself and try it out. Although the other reviews rated it poorly, I was surprised because the food was actually not that bad. It was good, but the best part was that they provided ALOT of food. That was surprising. The service seemed to also be satisfactory, with very friendly workers. The only negative part that I thought was the poor ventilation. Once several tables started to cook at the same time, the whole room got smokey. But other than that, it was a great experience for me!

Just wanna share with you a bad experience at Sato Japanese Steakhouse. Went there for dinner with my family cos heard about service and food were good. The food was really good and what makes things worse was the terrible service by the waitress. Bad attitude and cares more in talk with co-workers then refill our drinks. It was a really bad dinner experience.

By far the best Japanese restaurant in town!! We have been regulars for years. The cooks are great and everyone remembers us and what we like and don't like!!!!

I visited this restaurant in November of 2006.This was the worst japanese food I have ever tasted. The dipping sauces tasted horrible and the food was not seasoned well. I would advise everyone not to eat at this restaurant.
